Preserving The First Year
Time passes so quickly when our little ones are just newborns. With the sleepless nights and tired days, it’s hard to remember all of those sweet little details of your baby.
Here are a few ways that you can help to preserve their legacy so that you can remember the little things for many years to come.
~Create an album of their first year~
This is one of the most classic ways to preserve those memories of your little one. Including photos of when you were pregnant too makes it extra special. You and your child will love looking through the album years down the road. Beautiful linen & velvet heirloom albums will stand the test of time & look gorgeous on any coffee table.

~create a wall gallery~
This is the just the beginning of your story. As your family grows, you will love adding new photos and looking back on all of those beautiful
memories. Creating a lasting relationship with your photographer will help to create a gallery that is consistent in design & quality.
~write a letter to your child~
Take a few moments one day and write down your favorite things about your baby. Write about how tiny their little feet & hands were or the sweet little noises they made when they slept. Document what
your favorite parts of the day are (like snuggling on the couch). Include any hopes and dreams you have for them as well as bits of
advice & wisdom.
~create a memory box~
Tuck away those little hospital bands, tiny newborn outits, and special letters or cards into a beautiful linen box. Don’t forget to include a little newborn sized diaper, a paciier or the little hat from the hospital. You’ll look back one day and it will be hard to believe they were so little!
No matter how you choose to preserve these memories, you won’t ever regret investing in these keepsakes. This is your baby’s story. It’s worth preserving.
