I’ve been asked a lot lately just how a session works with me, so I thought a blog post would be a great way to provide an overview of the process, from booking and beyond. Once your session is reserved, the fun begins! I start to prepare your welcome box and I contact my HMUA to get you on her schedule. You’ll receive a client questionnaire and then we’ll schedule your pre-session consultation. Next, you will receive an email about wardrobe options and a link to an online gallery with all of the gorgeous dresses I have.
Behind the scenes, I’m working on creating your vision. I’m doing your Pinterest style board, checking in on my go to locations to make sure they look perfect, keeping an eye on the weather and making sure all the little details are taken care of.
After your session, I immediately upload & backup your images then get to work on the editing process. Once all of the editing is complete, I will order your proofs and we’ll set up a time for your ordering appointment. I also prepare your online gallery with inspiration for wall galleries and albums with your images. Booking And Beyond
We’ll meet for your ordering session and I’ll help guide you with choosing the best way to display your beautiful portraits. I’ll send you off with a little gift and hope that I will have the privilege to photograph your family again!
