I read every inquiry myself, usually the same day. If you have requested a phone call, I will reach out to set it up so I can hear about your family, answer whatever you are wondering about, and walk you through how it all works.
If your schedule genuinely does not allow for a call, say so when I write back and I will send everything you need by email instead.
