I remember when I was expecting my second, and then had him, how much bigger my oldest seemed immediately. It was almost shocking at how stark of a difference there seemed to be, overnight. Having your first is an entirely different experience than having your second. Adjusting your schedule, learning an entirely new human being and how to care for them the way they need specifically, unlearning some things, it’s all a lot on moms.
